Join us every Tuesday

Instructor, Kristine Mulkey, is dynamic, motivated, and focused on fun 

while helping us get in shape.  Exercising to upbeat music you will experience a fun, exciting workout.  It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at, it will work for you.

 $5 per session (so we can cover the cost of instructors)

 Wear comfortable clothes, tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.
